Due to drunk driving, a too high amount of traffic offence points in the Flensburg traffic files or out of other reasons
your driving license has been withdrawn, respectively you are facing withdrawal. The driving license office in charge has requested you to present an expert opinion of an officially
approved examination-site (e.g. TÜV). Probably you already had yourself examined - with negative result. The past has shown, that aprox. 70 % of all individuals examined do not receive a
positive evaluation. In this case the driving license offices deny almost without exception the permission for a new driving license or keeping the already existing one. The reasons for
this high amount of negative evaluations are based upon the fact that the majority of examinees have only little knowledge of the procedures and the background of an MPU. Furthermore, the
examination-sites use scientific data (e.g. statistics), which is unknown to most examinees. Additionally, the examining psychologists claim to investigate the whole character besides
examining the driving personality. If you hold in mind that the examination.sites spend only aprox. 45 minutes for each individual, it becomes clear why the failure ratio is that
high. In this context it should become evident that due to time-pressure the danger of misunderstandings is especially great. Finally it should be noted that the psychlogist has
the ceratinly difficult task to make a a future prognosis - along the overall evaluation. Possible consequences of a negative evaluation
If you should be evaluated negative e.g. when the
examination reason is „alcohol", it might happen that you are requested (respectively highly recommended) to enter therapy for a period of 12 months and in the same
time-frame to visit a self-help group for alcoholics. Such a therapy can amount to 1.800,- to 2.300,.- EUR apart from the total time you have to spend. Furthermore, a concluded
therapy is no guarantee to „automatically" receive a positive evaluation at the MPU. In this context it is also important to make yourself clear that after 2 years of driving
license withdrawal you must to go to a driving school again in order to pass the practical and theoretical examination - even if you were evaluated positive before. If the
reason for the MPU is e.g. a too high amount of traffic offence points (starting at 18 points) and you are evaluated negative, your license will be withdrawn. The psychologist will
request (or strongly recommend you) to enter therapy which can last 3, 6 or even 12 months. After that you have to take the MPU again. The concluded therapy is however no guarantee to pass
the MPU in any case. If 2 years should have passed since your driving license was withdrawn you must go to a driving school and take the theoretical and practical examination -
even if you were evaluated positive before. Your case doesn't have to end this way!!
By far more than 90% (proven!) of our clients pass the MPU the first time when they received our

The solution for your problem · Personal counselling MPU-preparation exclusively for Japanese clients
The procedures: In order not to waste valuable time contact us immedeately by phone, fax or
e-mail. If you should contact us by fax or e-mail please leave your private
telephone number and the times in which we can contact you. Then we will arrange a first counselling session. After that you will receive an application as well as a questionaire by
mail/fax. Please fill these documents out and send them back to us. It is even more convenient if you additionally enclose the following documents (if in your possession):
· the last negaitive evaluation
· penal court order respectively verdict-duplicate pertaining to the last traffic violation case
· police report respectively medical report of the last day of traffic violation
(this can also be done through the lawyer who represented you) The counselling session
will then take place on the agreed upon date with an interpreter who speaks German, English and Japanese. The counselling lenghth will be aprox. 8 hours. The actual amount of hours
will depend on expenditure and other factors. Since you need full concentration you should take leave from work on the counselling date or, if this should not be possible, arrange a weekend
date with us. Since the important contents of the counselling session will be kept in writing you can prepare effectively at home by yourself until the date of the the final training
session. When you have applied for regaining your driving license at the traffic office - after contacting us again -, you will receive a letter from the traffic office about 4-6
weeks later. In this letter you will be asked where (i.e. at which examination-site) you wish to take the MPU (We will give you a recommendation!). At this time please
contact us again in order to arrange a date for the final counselling session. This last counselling session will last about 2-3 hours. On that day you will receive a statement from
us that confirms your concluded counselling. Please present this statement at the examinig-site (TÜV) on the acutal day of the MPU. For the MPU we can recommend a governmentally approved
interpreter, who has very successfully interpreted at MPUs for us so far. The prices for our counselling services are as follows:
· One complete counselling service incl. the final counselling session and evaluation statement:
1500,-Euro · In the following cases extra charge will be added:
Saturday counselling: 80,- Euro
Sunday counselling: 130,- Euro
Prior negative evaluation statement: 40,- Euro
Additional traffic offence points in a case of drunk driving: 60,-Euro
Transportation expenses to/from your residence: 100,- Euro for every 50 km
Complete payment is due on the first counselling date. In some cases payment can be divided into two units of 50% each on the first counselling date and on the final training
session.
